HOW TO USE

✅ Clean & Dry Nose

Wash your nose and gently pat dry to remove any oil, sweat, or skincare products. If you're using a strip for exercise, apply it before you start warming up to ensure a secure fit throughout your workout.

✅ Peel & Place

Carefully peel the nasal strip from its backing. Hold the ends and position it across the bridge of your nose, aligning the strip just above the flare of your nostrils. Make sure both sides sit evenly for maximum effectiveness.

✅ Press & Hold

Using your fingers, press down firmly from the center of the strip outwards. Hold for 5–10 seconds to activate the adhesive and create a snug, secure fit.

✅ Breathe Well

Our premium nasal strips gently lift the sides of your nose to open your nasal passages, helping you breathe more freely. Whether you're training, settling down for sleep, or simply looking to breathe better during the day, nasal strips can be worn for up to 12 hours at a time.

✅ Gentle Removal

To remove peel strip gently from edges or use warm water if necessary. Dispose of nasal strip after use. Nasal strips cannot be reused.
